The criminal capital punishment of Osama bin Laden, of course, has not, formally, violated the U.S. Constitution because the slaughter had not happened on the American soil, but in the "fraternal" country of Pakistan. Though the extrajudicial elimination of so-called "Terrorist number One" has probably not violated the letter of the American Constitution, but so it did with the SPIRIT (essence, soul, heart) of the fundamental law of the United States. For revenge and justice are two different things. THE LAW and the LYNCH law are full opposites.

What happened to Osama can not be called "justice" in any civilized country, especially in the U.S.A. The international human rights organizations such as "Amnesty International" or "Human Rights Watch" have not yet said their last word about this case. This sort of "fixing it" is the one of the political mafia rival gangs. Such "justice" is a Stalinist or Putinist justice. Like that, in "Cosa Nostra" they eliminate unwanted accomplices and annoying witnesses - kill without any trial, precisely in order to avoid the transparent and legitimate justice in the courtroom.

� So, on the orders of Bro Soso Dzhugashvili (generally known under his subversive nickname "Stalin") had been eliminated the cream of the Bolshevik Party Guard of a recognized Bolshevik gangs� leader Vovik Ulyanov (generally known under his subversive nickname "Lenin") � were killed by Stalin�s Cheka all those who really had been the performers of the October 1917 Bolshevik's coup d'Etat and knew everything about the Dzhugashvili�s futile role before the Revolution, about his criminal and terrorist past, and about his undisclosed relationship with the Tsarist secret police (Ohranka).
� That is, on the orders of the Georgian-Ossetian gangster-terrorist Yossia Dzhugashvili was staged the elimination in 1934 of his Russian rival, Bro Seryoga Kirov in Leningrad, allegedly shot dead by the pistol of one Nikolayev, informer-provocateur of the NKVD, which also was eliminated later. The member of the Politburo of the VKP (b) Central committee, Kirov clearly has not been any terrorist, but its growing popularity among the Soviet people had become an actual danger to former real terrorist-felon Dzhugashvili.
� So, on the orders of "Koba Stalin", was bumped off in 1940 the competitor and his Jewish Bro Leiba Bronstein (generally known under his subversive nickname "Trotsky"), which was clearly not an international terrorist, but an ideologue, a revolutionary, a brilliant orator and a Dzhugashvili�s personal enemy. He died in Mexico under the blow of an ice ax held by the hand of one Ramon Mercader, which was decorated  in 1960 for this "wet work" by a secret decree of the Presidium of the USSR Supreme Soviet and received the honorific title of the "Hero of the Soviet Union". This criminal physical elimination gave Bronstein the halo of a martyr. Trotsky�s ideas survived to those of Stalin. All over the word there are still more than enough of Trotskyists, but the only official fans and followers of the principles of Stalin, �this effective manager� who killed millions of his compatriots, can now be found only among the members of Putin's LPG (Lubyanka gang).
� So, the bandit Koba then dealt with the elite of the Russian Tsarist and his own Soviet Army, science and art, with priests of the Russian Orthodox Church, and even with his bloody henchmen from the Soviet political secret police (Cheka, OGPU, NKVD, KGB).

The younger generation in Russia, which have not yet received anti-Stalinist moral and political vaccinations, must read powerful and splendid works by Anatoly Rybakov (especially the first two volumes of the trilogy "Children of the Arbat" - "Children of the Arbat" and "Fear") and the brothers Veiner�s "Gospel from the Executioner". Those elderly who have anti-Stalinist weak immune system, and those who are languishing languor of love and nostalgia for Stalin's Soviet past, we strongly recommend to re-read urgently the above works.

Had Obama's commandos caught Osama alive and brought him to jail, safe and sound, had they put him to any more or less legitimate trial - in Pakistan, in the U.S., at The Hague or in N�rnberg � where, with a minimum compliance with the procedural rules of civilized criminal justice system, with the right to protection, had they proved him guilty, sentenced to death and thereafter executed him as some Nazis after the end of the World War II or even had they let him die in prison like Slobodan Milosevic, then it would be another matter.

The case of Osama bin Laden "hiding" from American justice was absolutely identical to those of the Serb Gen. Ratko Mladic, who was accused by the International Criminal Court on the former Yugoslavia of perhaps even more victims and more terrible criminal charges (war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide, i.e. conscious destruction of an entire people). This famous fugitive also allegedly was "hiding" almost 16 years - in fact, living quietly in a small village among his relatives. Bin Laden has lived quietly since 2005, practically in the countryside, eight hundred meters from the biggest higher military school of Pakistan and hundred meters from local mosque. And supposedly, no one knew about his stay there? In the heart of so a sensitive military site, where are trained professionals for the Pakistan's army, in such unstable Muslim country and in so explosive region near Afghanistan where U.S. and coalition's troops are desperately combating many years, no specific measures of counter-intelligence had been set in motion? Who do you keep us for, guys?

For the citizens, particularly those from great metropolitan areas who are used to complete anonymity of megalopolises, totally ignore their neighbors from the same stairwell in the apartment buildings and do not know exactly what the countryside is, let us explain: in a village or a small town it is absolutely impossible to hide anything and under any circumstances. Any movement in the village is always in full or furtive, sneaky view of neighbors, local administration, law enforcement agents, clergymen, shopping vendors, waiters in cafes, bars and restaurants, drivers of cars, buses and tractors, mailmen, doctors, garbage men, woodcutters, shepherds, hunters, mushroom hunters and fishermen, passers-by and tourists, even children on the streets - tens or hundreds of pairs of attentive eyes.

Of course, both Osama, and Ratko have been given (sold, betrayed) to the enemy by their own accomplices: by the Taliban and the Pakistanis, on the one hand, by the Serbs who wanted to join the European Union, on the other. Only in Serbia General Mladic, who was during many years in international criminal search, has been coolly taken alive, albeit ill with age. Just like Osama, caught in his farmhouse. But the 69-year-old Serb suspect was only caught and not murdered!  Without doubt he could be executed by the arresting team as easily as bin Laden. Instead, Ratko was legitimately arrested, on the order of Interpol. And quietly taken to the prison for further trial at The Hague. But in case of Osama bin Laden this a bit controversial, but formally legitimate international legal procedure was not done.

All special services of the world had some problems in this direction. Frenchmen, in particular, were very embarrassed in 1965-66, still at the general de Gaulle�s time. Some rogue operatives with the French intelligence and counterintelligence service (SDECE) helped their colleagues from the special services of Moroccan king-dictator Hassan II (the father of the present king) to grasp in Paris political refugee Mehdi Ben-Barka, recognized and charismatic leader of the leftist smooth Islamic opposition. The dirty story had ended with his dearth under tortures of Moroccans at the villa of a French Mafioso with the assistance of French officials. It provoked a huge international scandal which ended with the vast clean-up: the SDECE has been withdrawn from the authority of the Defense Minister, the Service of "vigorous actions" has been shut down, and it�s head put in prison, some lower chiefs and a number of field operatives were fired or moved in disgrace to other divisions.

But Frenchmen have also an example of true and important success. It is the case of the well-known international communist terrorist Ilich Ram�rez-S�nchez of Venezuelan origin (nicknames "Carlos" and "The Jackal"), trained in special schools with the GRU of the Soviet Army and the KGB. Jackal supposedly had on his hands the blood of at least 83 victims due to terrorist acts allegedly organized by him. During disastrous operation of his arrest in June, 1975 in Paris "Carlos" shot two field officers with the French Directorate of surveillance of the territory (DST), then completely disappeared and hid many years. Bitter, but very professional operatives with the French counterespionage searched for him almost 20 years. And finally, with a hint of the CIA, found him in 1994 in Khartoum, capital of African state of Sudan.

For French authorities it would have been much easier to slay �The Jackal� in Sudan. But after a careful check and proper investigation, very smart operation on his capture alive and stealthy ex-filtration to France has been carried out. It�s essential to emphasize as a genuine legal achievement of this operation the fact that "Carlos" has been legitimately judged and sentenced by true French justice to life imprisonment in jail in France. Even the conservative right newspaper "Le Figaro" in an editorial article named it �the victory of the state of law�. In these years there was so-called political "coexistence" in France: socialist Fran�ois Mitterrand was the president, and there was a right majority in the government and parliament (almost as now in the USA, with the Conservative's majority on Capitol Hill).

� Similarly, Putin's bros from Russian special forces destroyed in 2002 by precise shots to the head at point-blank range the so-called "Chechen female terrorist" at the Nord-Ost Theater. All women of the alleged "terrorist commando" were shot in cool blood by the Putin's secret police, in spite of the fact that they were already unconscious under the influence of nerve gas and totally unable to resist physically. Shot in the only aim to prevent them to testify at potential public trial. To stop them telling out-loud what crimes of the Russian army and secret services had pushed them to such a desperate step, to reveal the names of the provocateurs in Putin's FSB (counter-intelligence), SVR (political intelligence) and GRU (military intelligence) responsible for the delivery to them of weapons and explosives. To reveal namely who in the Putin's corrupt MVD (Federal police) ensured unimpeded passage of "terrorists" trough Putin's Moscow.
� In the same way, the Putin's chekist bastards in 2004 were shooting at point-blank range with the tank shells the child hostages in Beslan, in the only aim to bury forever under the rubble of the school the so-called "Chechen fighters". To prevent them to blab who namely from Putin's FSB, SVR and GRU, supplied them with weapons and explosives, who namely from Putin's Interior Ministry provided them with free passage through Chechnya and Ingushetia.
� Likewise, under the ruling of the "lawyer" Vova Putin, his chekist henchmen murdered in Moscow Anna Politkovskaya in 2008, Yuri Schekoschikhin and Sergei Yushenkov, Zelimkhan Yandarbiyev in Qatar in 2004, Alexander Litvinenko in London in 2006, Omar Israilov in Austria in 2008.
� Equally, the Yeltsin-Putin's army and secret services murdered not only valiant warriors of General Dudayev and Colonel Maskhadov, legal and legitimate Chechen Presidents, but another 100 or 200 thousand Chechens, including women, children and the elderly, during two Chechen unnamed wars.

THE 4TH PROTOCOL

Exactly the similar scene has been put on screen in the British espionage thriller "The Fourth Protocol" (1987).

A Soviet super spy, a legend of the Illegals Directorate of the KGB, Major Valery Petrovsky is clandestinely infiltrated in the United Kingdom under the deep cover of a British subject James Ross (the personage is played by Pierce Brosnan for whom this very cunning, cool and deadly character was the first star role in the big motion cinema and opened him later the path to the James Bond series). The KGB NOC (non official cover operative, illegal) must push the ignition button of an atomic suitcase bomb which has been smuggled by pieces into Great Britain on the orders of the "rogue" KGB Chairman who wants to provoke a state conflict between the UK and the USA.

Just two seconds before the nuclear explosion, a special British commando penetrates into the spy's apartment. After a short struggle, the character played by Michael Caine - a very clever, tough and long experienced counterintelligence ranking officer - succeeds personally in knocking down the terrorist.

While the Soviet wrongdoer is laying on the floor, unconscious and totally incapable neither to ignite his diabolic device nor to opposite any further physical resistance, a masked lower operative comes upstairs and without slightest hesitation shoots him with a machinegun at point-blank range, under the incredulous stare of his superior officer who desperately exclaims: "We needed to talk to him!" And the cool blood assassin to reply calmly: "Sorry, Boss! Orders..."

Two weeks later, the still curious famous spy catcher receives the corroboration of his suspicions: the Soviet NOC has been deliberately executed on the simultaneous orders of a "straight" Deputy head of the KGB and of the number 2 of the British MI-5 and that, in the aim to eliminate a bothersome witness of the surreptitious  agreement between British and Soviet upper classes.

Speaking of cinema, during the special commando operation, the U.S. president and commander-in-chief Obama watched the Osama�s deliberate physical elimination on-line through the operational satellite link, from an American bunker with his entire immediate team, like in movie theater or a circus stage. And they did not hesitate even to let the TV cameras shoot that meanness and nastiness on a film, sort of  "Chronicle of a dearth foretold", and scroll it through all channels of television. To kill Osama bin Laden illegally instead of capturing and bringing him to civilized American or international justice was a big strategic mistake of the current American administration. But for political dilettante Barack Obama and his entourage from the so called "Democrats" this public on-line show of the extrajudicial shooting of a legally innocent person, was a more bigger, major political mistake which will backfire one day, remember our words.

Secretary of State (Foreign Minister) in the Obama's administration, Hillary Clinton confessed afterwards in a public interview that this on-line show of the intentional murder of a legally innocent victim was the strongest shock in her life. What an amazing confession! Recall: this lady, being the wife of an American president, has experienced the biggest sex scandal in the U.S. history. Her husband - Bill Clinton - not only practiced oral sex with Monica Lewinsky directly in the White House�s Oval Office (after which the gossips have renamed it to the "Oral Office"), but also gave false testimony to the Grand Jury under oath and only narrowly avoided a rare procedure of the Impeachment in 1998-99, second in the American history. The Democrat Clinton did not have even the honesty and decency to resign, as did the Republican Richard Nixon after Watergate. Hillary has forgiven to her pathetic husband the infidelity and the scandal; she even tried herself to run for the presidency, but lost the Democratic primaries to Obama.

The intentional physical elimination of Osama bin Laden was operated not by a special unit of the law enforcement agencies (police and justice), but by the military commando, one of the U.S. Navy. His corpse was taken from the crime scene not on a private civil plane, but on board of an American military helicopter and was sent not to a merchant ship, a passenger ferry or private boat cruising, but to an U.S. Navy military aircraft carrier, where took place in fact a military burial naval ceremony of the �terrorist № 1�. By this military operation of U.S. Navy Special Forces the lawyer Obama has created an interesting international legal precedent that will have far-reaching consequences.

As a lyrical parenthesis, let us tell you a little linguistic anecdote. U.S. Navy Special Forces commando that murdered Osama is called "Seals". If we translate this word to our favourite French language, then the resulting French word "PHOQUE" on street slang will be equivalent to the Russian "blue" (gay, fag, faggot or queer). Commandos "seals" sounds in French as funny, queer and sexually ambiguous, as in Russian "blue berets" (Marines) or "blue helmets� (UN peacekeepers). And phonetically it sounds practically identical to English "FUCK". Because of this linguistic problem, in the French version of the film "GI Jane" (about the first virtual woman to join this group, character played by Demi Moor) the translators never used the French equivalent of the word "Seals".   

Dura lex sed lex

This article has been  written mostly in the beginning of May 2011. Five or six weeks later, our entire truth was proved by the course of legal events. According to the Office of the D.A. of the Southern District of New-York, the New-York Federal court of justice on the 17th of June 2011 officially declared dismissed the case "The United States versus Osama bin Laden" after the dearth of the latter during the special commando operation in Pakistan. The first charges against the alleged world terrorist number 1, alleged head of the international terrorist organization Al Ca�da were raised in 1998 in connection with the suspicions of his being linked to the attacks on American soldiers in Somalia 5 years earlier, in which 18 GIs had been killed. Later, bin Laden was charged with some other alleged wrongdoings, particularly his alleged connection with the explosions at the US diplomatic representations in Eastern Africa ant his alleged links with some other terrorist acts against American citizens or interests. The case, containing 200 charges, was dismissed on the official request of the US Attorney General's Office following the dearth of the accused, certified by DNA tests operated at an US military base in Afghanistan. No further justice for the victims is now possible. By the murder of the main defendant, Obama in reality thieved the victims of 9/11 attacks and of other alleged Osama's terrorist acts of their legal recognition and reparation during a due process of law.  

Soso Dzhugashvili used to say: "No person, no problem." But this is the Stalin�s logic. By a normal logic, if there is not a legally convicted criminal, so there is no official justice for the victims and their families, first of all. An offender murdered by the "authorities" or a suspect dead after a suicidal act gets, perhaps, a sort of retribution and revenge, but always avoids genuine justice, big moral and physical suffering during long years of imprisonment and deprivation of liberty.
Neither Leiba Bronstein, Enoch Yagoda, Nikolay Yezhov, Viktor Abakumov, Lavrenty Beria, nor hundreds of thousands of other Communist leaders, torturers and security officers, extrajudicially milled in Stalin's grinder, were neither saints nor "white and fluffy". For the most part, they fully deserved their place, and punishment. But the very last bastard acquires an aura of a Martyr when, subjected to unlawful deprivation of life, becomes a victim of extrajudicial killing.
